PUMA has signed award-winning artist The Weeknd as their new creative collaborator and ambassador. Abel Tesfaye a.k.a ‘The Weeknd’ is highly recognised internationally for his music and unique street style so the pairing fuses naturally.He will be representing PUMA’s latest sportstyle products from the EVO and IGNITE range.
The sportstyle campaign ‘Run the Streets’ is inspired by the Weeknds street aesthetic and was shot in La and Toronto by photographer Mark Seliger and will be launched worldwide in November 2016.
We can look forward to a collection of sneakers and apparel appealing to streetwise individuals and designed by the Weeknd himself being released in 2017.
