After launching a few years back as an exclusive boutique wine bar attached to Frankie Fenner Meat Merchants, Publik has grown to be a city favourite – understated, down to earth, excellently curated and a little bit unusual. In the last week, the boutique store has grown into an online enterprise, offering fine selection of fermented fare to your doorstep, all over the country. They offer a couple of ‘curated cases’ based on a theme, a monthly wine subscription, and once-off bottles.
The whole idea is to share the amazing and endless world of honest, natural and sustainably-produced wines that are out there in an easy, non-intimidating manner. We go looking for the best of what’s around, all you have to do is order whatever sounds appealing.
