I have been exploring the depths of the earth, well… the depths of Australasia. Along my journey I have decided to enjoy the art, culture, music and coffee that is on offer.
My first report back from Australia comes from Sydney. I discovered a quaint little cafe, situated on the fringes of suburbia, that serves the most delicious little treats, but more importantly the most amazing flat white. A inter-continental combination of beans, sourced from areas such as Ethiopia, Guatemala, Indonesia and Congo, are roasted by Clipper Cafe and served to perfection.
