It’s nearly the end of the year, which means it’s time to round up the best albums of 2009. Ranking our favourites from 1 – 50 would be near impossible, and besides, there are high-brow sites who do this sort of thing for a living.
Apart from a few notable exceptions, the major playas got it right again this year. Fairly predictably.
